Karen Garrett, CPA has been named to WomenInc.’s list of 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors. 

Karen joined the firm in 1996 and currently serves as managing partner. She specializes in employee benefit plan audits, multi-state taxation, andmerger/acquisition transactions. Karen works with a variety of clients, including physicians, manufacturers, construction companies, high net worth individuals, and self-insurance trusts.

A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Karen earned a degree in accounting in 1993. Professionally, she is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arkansas Society of CPAs (ASCPA). She is a graduate of the Greater Little Rock Class XIX and a former member of the National Association of State Boards Uniform Accountants Committee. She volunteers her time as a member of the board of directors of the Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre. Karen lives in Conway with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Megan and Isabelle.
