Karen’s “work hard; play hard” attitude is a great motivator for her peers. She is consistently focused, driven, and able to get things done. From a young age she loved solving problems, and in high school, after taking her first accounting class, she chose to pursue a career in the field. She credits her success to having great mentors and a supportive spouse.

Raised on a chicken farm in the small town of Mena, Arkansas, Karen now lives in Conway. She loves the area because it offers a small-town community combined with large-city luxuries. Karen and her husband, Mike, have been married for more than two decades and together have two daughters, Megan and Isabelle. Outside of the office, Karen loves to spend time traveling, hanging out at the lake, and watching her daughters participate in various activities.
