Julianne Costner – Tax Staff

This summer, Julianne Costner returns to HCJ CPAs & Advisors in a full-time Tax Staff role. Julianne previously interned with us in 2024, where her professionalism, initiative, and team spirit stood out. A recent graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, she earned a degree in accounting and business administration with a management emphasis.

Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Julianne was inspired to pursue accounting by her grandfather, a CPA and small business owner. Outside the office, she enjoys singing, dancing, and performing in musical theatre. She appeared in two spring musicals at OBU. She also loves spending time with her husband Nathan and their newly adopted dog Bentley. Her life philosophy is captured by this Doris Day quote:

“The important thing in life is just living and loving.”

Meet Our Summer 2025 Interns

Madison Bell – Audit Intern

A student at Harding University, Madison is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Theological Studies, and a Master of Science in Information Systems. She is a standout campus leader serving as president of the Accounting Society and a member of Delta Mu Delta Business Honors Society. Madison enjoys reading, hiking, and puzzles, and has visited 14 countries. She is from Harrison, Arkansas.

Damien Ehie – Tax Intern

Currently studying accounting at Arkansas State University, Damien is pursuing both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy in Data Analytics. Inspired by his entrepreneurial grandfather, Damien is eager to apply his skills in real-world settings. He is also an accomplished clarinetist, serving as Principal Clarinetist in the ASU Wind Ensemble and has performed in national intercollegiate bands. Damien lives in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Grant Greenway – Tax Intern

An accounting major at Ouachita Baptist University, Grant serves as president of the Ouachita Accounting Society and previously interned with the Arkansas Baptist Foundation. Known for his grounded nature and helpful attitude, he lives by the motto, “If able, why not be willing.” Outside of school, Grant enjoys hunting, fishing, and cheering on his favorite teams. He is from Conway, Arkansas, where he lives with his two dogs.
