Paul Osborn, CPA, CVA recently participated in a Pulaski County Bar Association (PCBA) seminar on domestic relations. 

The seminar took place on Friday, October 25, 2019 at the UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law facility in Little Rock. Paul and his co-presenter, Scott Hilburn, led a session on Valuing Farming Operations for Division in Divorce. Attendees of the Domestic Relations Seminar had the opportunity to earn up to 6.0 CLE hours.

“It was an honor to be asked by the Pulaski County Bar Association to present,” said Paul. “The Domestic Relations Seminar offered really valuable sessions on many different topics.” 

Boasting over 1,000 members, the PCBA is a very active bar association. They offer monthly membership luncheons, numerous CLE days throughout each year, and many social and service opportunities. 

A professional in the field since 2006, Paul joined the HCJ CPAs & Advisors team in 2015. His areas of service include tax and valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and exit planning. He serves clients in the medical practice, manufacturing, real estate, and professional services industries. Paul is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Arkansas Society of CPAs (ASCPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He lives in his hometown, Little Rock, with his wife and their five children.
