Zachary began his professional career in accounting in 2018 and joined HCJ CPAs & Advisors in 2024 after serving as an Audit Manager at EY. He is a licensed CPA in both Arkansas and Oklahoma and notably passed the CPA exam on his first attempt. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate his hands-on approach and his ability to manage complex audits with professionalism and expertise.

Zachary’s personal service philosophy is, “Do things the right way, even if that means doing it the hard way.” He attributes his success to mentorship, hard work, and faith. A significant life event for Zachary was the birth of his child, which has shaped his outlook on life and work. 

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Zachary now resides in Cave Springs. Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors and making memories with his family, including his high school sweetheart, whom he married. His favorite book is The Intelligent Investor, which aligns with his thoughtful approach to finance and investing.
