A passionate and strategic professional, Wayne pursued a career in information technology because he enjoys solving complex problems and leveraging systems to improve business operations. With over three decades of experience, he attributes his success to hard work, discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Wayne is motivated by the belief that “success is not owned, it is rented—and every day the rent is due,” a philosophy that guides both his professional and personal life.

Originally from Camden, Arkansas, Wayne played on the 1991 University of Central Arkansas football team, which won a national championship and was later inducted into the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame—an experience that taught him the value of teamwork, resilience, and leadership. He now lives in Little Rock with his wife and their four children—three boys and one girl—a grandson, and their family dog. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys CrossFit, home improvement projects, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and UCA Bears. Florida remains his favorite getaway spot.
