Since joining HCJ CPAs & Advisors in 2019, he has focused his work in the Audit Department, where he plays a key role in client management, strategic planning, leadership, and business development.

Thom specializes in audits and financial reporting for clients in the construction, agriculture, and ERISA industries. Known for his thorough and thoughtful approach, he has helped clients evaluate and adopt more efficient accounting systems and develop tax strategies that benefit ownership groups.

Thom was drawn to accounting because of its vital role in business decision-making. He enjoys translating financial data into insight and being part of how businesses shape their future.

Originally from Texarkana, Texas, Thom moved to Little Rock in 2004. He and his wife married in 2011 and have two children. His family enjoys exploring cultural events around the city and trying new foods, all while enjoying the charm of a community that offers both small-town hospitality and city amenities.
