Spencer’s colleagues at HCJ CPAs & Advisors describe her as “talkative.” In fact, her outgoing personality is one of the reasons her extended family encouraged her to pursue accounting. Her analytical mind was another reason family members thought accounting would be a good fit for Spencer, and they were certainly right. In addition to her family’s encouragement, Spencer attributes her career success to being surrounded by great leaders.
Originally from Conway, Arkansas, Spencer now lives in Little Rock. Outside the office, you can find her cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks basketball team.
