Kristen Boatman is a Tax Manager at HCJ CPAs & Advisors, where she serves clients across a variety of industries, including multi–state businesses, real estate, medical service providers, contractors, and manufacturers. She is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and dependable nature, providing clients with clear guidance and reliable support.
Kristen joined HCJ in 2020 and began her professional career with the firm immediately after college. In addition to her client work, she is actively involved in the firm’s internal initiatives, serving on the Policies and Procedures Committee, Recruiting Committee, and the HCJ Kindness Initiative Charitable Fund Committee.
Originally from North Little Rock, Arkansas, Kristen now resides in Little Rock. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling—especially to New York City—Arkansas Razorback baseball, live trivia, and co–leading a women’s small group at Fellowship Bible Church. A fun fact many people don’t know: Kristen has visited nearly all 30 Major League Baseball parks. She also enjoys spending time with her toy golden doodle, Hazel.
