Kayla describes herself as a realist—she faces difficulties head-on, while also finding the beauty of each moment. Though she is highly detail-oriented and excelled in math and business classes in school, it took her a few years and four changes to her college major before she realized she could combine her interests by pursuing accounting. Kayla attributes her career success to a combination of support from her parents and her husband and having great mentors.
Raised in Charleston, Arkansas, Kayla now lives in Little Rock with her husband Colt, their sons Carter and Easton, and their pets Moose and Luna. She loves Little Rock for the variety of activities and food the city has to offer. Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and baking.
