Favorite Books: Books from her childhood like Charlotte’s Web, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and Jonathon Livingston Seagull are the ones that stuck with Joyce the most, and she has enjoyed revisiting them with her sons.
Joyce knew she was meant to be an accountant when she made a spreadsheet evaluating her potential career options. Innovative and energetic, she uses her natural drive and curiosity to lead her team and serve her clients. Joyce attributes her career success to a lot of hard work and being part of a great team.
Originally from Florida, Joyce has called Alabama home for the past 20 years. She currently lives in Huntsville with her spouse, Pat, and their beagles, Oakley and Rascal. Joyce enjoys living in Huntsville because the city is rapidly growing, so there is always a new attraction or restaurant to try. A creative baker, Joyce likes making cupcakes with unusual ingredients, like avocado, black beans, and tomatoes. Her other hobbies include gardening and making her own extracts.
