Dawn is a problem solver with a strong background in entrepreneurship and financial leadership. She credits her career success to hard work and the opportunity to work with amazing mentors.
Raised in Camden, Arkansas, Dawn now lives in Conway. She loves the area because it is a strong community with both the infrastructure for attracting industry and talent, and the forward-thinking vision for incorporating arts and culture, education, and parks and recreation. Dawn and her husband have two boys, both of whom play travel baseball. Outside of the office, Dawn does CrossFit and spends most of her weekends at the ballpark watching her kids play and indulging in her love of baseball.
