David is caring and hardworking—he genuinely cares about his clients. He jokes that he chose to pursue a career in accounting because it started with an “A” and was the first on the list of business majors. A major car accident during his last year of college allowed David to spend significant time reflecting during his months-long recovery. This big life experience considerably impacted his attitude about work and life. David attributes his career success to his sincere concern for both his clients and his teammates.

Raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas, David currently lives in Pine Bluff. He enjoys the town because its small size makes developing close relationships with people easy. David and his wife, Kathy, have been married for more than four decades. Together they have three children and four grandchildren. Outside of the office, David can often be found watching sports, gardening, reading, and traveling.
