Colby Gayle Dixon is an Audit Manager at HCJ CPAs & Advisors, where she works closely with clients to deliver responsive, high–quality audit services. She began her career with HCJ as an audit intern in 2021 and has since advanced through the roles of Audit Staff, Audit Senior, and Audit Manager. Her dedication, technical expertise, and client–focused approach have made her a valued member of the firm’s audit team.
Outside of her client responsibilities, Colby is actively involved in the accounting profession through several organizations. She serves as Vice President of the Northeast Arkansas Society of CPAs (NEASCPA) and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Arkansas Society of CPAs (ARCPA), and the Jonesboro Young Professionals Network (JYPN).
Originally from Piggott, Arkansas, Colby now lives in Brookland with her husband, Logan—her high school sweetheart—their young son, Grant, and their black Labrador, Drax. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and discovering new restaurants, shops, and activities. A fun fact about Colby is that she has gone scuba diving. Becoming a mother has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her life, teaching her the importance of flexibility, time management, and appreciating life’s everyday moments.
