Charlie joined HCJ CPAs & Advisors in 2016 as a staff accountant and has grown within the firm to his current role as Manager in the Client Accounting Services (CAS) Department. He specializes in helping clients improve accounting systems, streamline workflows, and gain clarity through financial reporting and cash flow management. Charlie frequently serves in a fractional controller role, guiding clients through complex challenges and implementing practical solutions that support long-term success.
Charlie is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He provides CAS services to a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, retail, and professional services. He lives in Benton, Arkansas, with his wife and their three children.
