HCJ CPAs & Advisors PLLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Cerda, CPA, to Principal.

Heather joined the firm in 2017 and has become known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for lifelong learning. She serves a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Her dedication to doing the job right—and doing it well—has earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike.

Heather earned her degree in accounting from Arkansas Tech University and is a licensed CPA. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arkansas Society of CPAs (ARCPA). She has served as Chapter President of the Northeast Arkansas Society of CPAs, participated on the ARCPA Emerging CPAs Committee, and is a graduate of the ARCPA Leadership Academy, Class of 2019.

A lifelong resident of Ravenden, Arkansas, Heather lives there with her husband, Rene, and their son, Aden. Their family also includes a German Shepherd and a cat. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, attending rock concerts and festivals, boating, and off-roading in her Jeep.
