HCJ CPAs & Advisors PLLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Austin Childers, CPA, to Principal.

Austin joined the firm in 2016 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. He works with clients across a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, employee benefit plans, manufacturing, construction, and agricultural cooperatives. Known for his laid-back demeanor and strong client relationships, Austin has built a reputation for open, honest communication and a commitment to delivering on promises.

Austin is a graduate of Arkansas State University and is a licensed CPA. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arkansas Society of CPAs (ARCPA). He has served as Treasurer of the ARCPA’s Central Chapter and is a member of the ARCPA Emerging Leaders Committee. He is also a graduate of the ARCPA Leadership Academy, Class of 2023.

Originally from Heber Springs, Arkansas, Austin now resides in Little Rock with his wife, Ashlee. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time at Greers Ferry Lake, golfing, duck hunting, and watching college sports.
