Kristen joined HCJ in 2020 and began her professional career with the firm immediately after college. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to client service. In her role, Kristen works with clients across a variety of industries, including multi-state businesses, real estate, medical service providers, contractors, and manufacturers.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Kristen is actively involved in several internal initiatives, including the Policies and Procedures Committee, Recruiting Committee, and the HCJ Kindness Initiative Charitable Fund Committee. Her commitment to both our clients and our firm culture exemplifies the HCJ Way.

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Ouachita Baptist University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Arkansas.
